The floors were very dirty when we arrived. My feet turned black after like 30 minutes of walking barefoot. There was dust on the fans & surfaces. Previous guests food was still in the freezer. There was basically an empty roll of toilet paper in one bathroom then only 1 other roll in the place (have to supply your own). Overall location & property was nice. Just could be better maintained for guests.

I wasnt expecting an early check in fee. We were 2 hours early and had to wait although the room was ready. Someone hacked our tv and kept turning it on in the middle of the night. Something happened with their system and I had to cancel my credit card. The location to French quarter is nice bad and the property is nice. The room was ok. Only had one window.

This hotel was much better than we expected. The security was excellent - every door had a special access code so we felt very safe. Our suite had a fridge, stove, dish washer and washer dryer. The couch and bed were very comfortable. One thing I will note: the fan has one speed, slow and AC doesn’t go below 68°. As east coast residents we would have liked it to be cooler, but this by no means changed our opinion of this property. We found most restaurants in the area are either open early or not until 5, but the French Quarter is an easy uber ride or a nice walk. We really enjoyed exploring the Bywater neighborhood!

Overall, the stay was pretty solid. The room could’ve been cleaned a little better — there were a few small things that made it feel like housekeeping may have rushed through (hairs, dirty dishes, dusty floors) but it wasn’t anything that completely ruined the experience. On the plus side, the room itself was very well equipped with everything i needed including a washer and dryer - which made the stay comfortable. One of the best perks was the pool and hot tub area. It was a great place to relax, and the entire property being fenced in made it feel very safe and secure. It’s not the most convenient location if you’re trying to walk straight into downtown, but getting there wasn’t difficult at all with the nearby bus/trolley options. Overall, a decent place to stay with some nice amenities.

We loved our stay here! The suite was in the perfect spot — right off a main road for easy access to everything, but still felt secluded, private, and peaceful. The gated property made it feel like a hidden retreat in the middle of New Orleans. The neighborhood had such old-world charm; we loved strolling around at dusk with the flicker of the oil lamps lighting up the brick sidewalks. Huge shoutout to Aaron at the front desk — seriously the best! He pointed us in all the right directions, shared great local advice, and always checked in to see how our day was going. He really made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a quiet, charming stay in NOLA with top-notch hospitality.

Great location, away from the party scene but close enough to get to it quickly. 2bedroom/2 bathroom set up is great for families. Cons: no tv in the bedrooms which is not ideal. Living layout is bad, it’s almost impossible to see the television from where the couch is positioned. Also the mattresses are very uncomfortable!!

Ruby was great! Very patient, calm, and friendly. The issues that I see as a traveler: Mattress was worn(horrible), Access to the gate( getting in/out of your vehicle for paid parking to type in a code not ideal for weather, it was a miracle to catch someone actually sitting at the desk when needing something,I emailed the host three times awaiting a response and never received one, which delayed my check in, shower was like warm the entire stay.

We were pleasantly surprised at our hotel. At first it was hard to tell it was our hotel because there was no sign but it had been renovated and everything was nice and clean and new. There was lots of room in our room and the people were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We were here for bowling Nationals.

Loved our stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was half business and half family trip. The place was very safe gated quiet we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It has such amazing history! We would definitely stay again!
