"Pod itself was fine for what it is. Bathrooms and common areas (lockers, showers etc) all smell absolutely disgusting throughout the entire area which means you’ll be grabbing your stuff from your bags while smelling very intense urine and faeces. Staff that greeted me were very nice however I heard later staff members being extremely rude to other customers. Overall it was not a great experience and please do not book this place if you have large bags! "

"I paid for 3 meals, but only ate one time. I tried the capsule stay, never again. You can hear people coming & going through out the night.It's a lot of noise going on. "

"Capsule hotel ok, in a room with up to 20 persons, very central. Inconsiderate guests taking showers, using the hair dryer and laundry machine. So it can be very noisy!"

"LIVEの為、三泊させて頂きました。 総合評価は⭐️３つ 施設の古さ、狭さ、館内の雰囲気はあの金額なら、仕方ないでしょう。 良い点は、赤羽駅迄、3分で行ける 赤羽駅から、電車で２００円で新宿なんで。 凄く良かった。交通の便は最高です 赤羽駅の付近は歓楽街で、食事処も沢山あり コンビニもありで言う事無しでしたが、 呼び込みの人多数で、よく声を掛けられました。食事なしで安く泊まるなら、ありですね ただ、それ相応の我慢は必要です 物音や、館内の匂い等が駄目な方は 通常のビジホに泊まりましょう。 "
