"This is a lovely hotel. The location is beautiful on the water, the restaurants and staff were awesome, the front desk was helpful and friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The pet situation is great too. There is easy access to a nice grass area for the dogs too. I don’t know how we have missed this on our Jacksonville trips but we will be back! Thank you"

"The room was excellent. Parking was great. The cleanliness of the room was superb. The hallways smelled fresh and were well kept. The Cafe area that is open against 24/7. This area provides your coffee tea snacks etc. were-well stocked. We dined in the Coastal kitchen that evening. The food was great however the hostess did not approach the hostess station to seat us for about 15 minutes. This was a Wednesday night We also felt that the wait staff were more focused on certain tables than others. Once again, the room was comfortable clean and we will stay again for certain and maybe give coastal kitchen another try."
