Göl manzaralı deluxe oda seçtim ona göre ödeme yaptım yanlışlık olmasın dediğim halde kendini uyanık zanneden hanımefendinin bizi standart şehir manzaralı odaya göndermesinin dışında genel konaklama ve kahvaltı iş görür derecedeydi. Ben tekrar aşağıya inip itiraz etmesem bizi standart odaya göndereceklerdi.

Gross, sauber aber extrem hellhörig

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind relativ gross und sauber mit einem sehr grossen Bad und Dusche. Grosser Nachteil: die Wände sind dünn wie Papier, man hört alles vom Nachbarzimmer sowie das regelmässige Klingeln bei der Ankunft des Aufzuges. Und für alle, die sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag auf ein Bier oder Glas Wein freuen: ist nicht. Im Hotel wird kein Alkohol verkauft!

Such a bad experience. The staff is very rude and doesn’t have any customer service experience. They don’t put their customers first, they will do anything in their hands not to make their customers happy. All they care about is money. I wanted to change my room due to alot of noise. They didn’t want to change my room because it wasn’t a good excuse for them to give me a new room. BUT they were very quick about calling me when I got breakfast when I thought it was included in my reservation. They immediately called me in my room so I could pay for the breakfast. The only good thing about this hotel is the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Çalışan arkadaşların işi bilmesi lazım oda servisini kullanmadıgım halde yanlış giriliyor odama ilgi sıfır resepsiyonda onun dışında odalar rahat temiz güzel dört dörtlük çalışan resepsiyonis arkadaşlarda öz verili olursa herşey daha başarılı olucak.

rahatsız, huzursuz bir otel.

hotels.com dan rezervasyon yapmıştım ama rezervasyonu resepsiyona vardığımda göremediklerini söylediler. burada hata hotels.com dan da olabilir. bir çeşit rezervasyon onay mekanizması olması lazım bize gönderilen onay mailinden otele gitmiyorsa bi anlamı yok. otelin dışı inşaat alanı gibi ve güvenlik problemi var. gece yarısı bir gurup serseri arabayla otelin bahçesine girip nara lar atabiliyor. buna rağmen otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve yardım sever. kesinlikle bu parayı hakeden bir otel değil. otelin işletmesinde problem olduğunu düşünüyorum. ilk girdiğimizde tuvalet kağıdı bitmek üzereydi ve yedeği yoktu. resepsiyondan istedik geldi. otelse alkol yok. bir artısı, bahçede çok sevimli kopek vardı. otel bu köpeğe mama veriyor mu bilmiyorum.
