Staff are friendly mashala the receptionist was so helpful person. The hotel has good location the room is ok bed is confortable, and also the rooms is clean housekeeping people make a good jab, breakfast is ok have fresh fruit and vegetables. etc I what to say thank you!!! agora hotel:)

This hotel told us that we could get a car sent to pick us up at the airport at the cost of (first email, 40 euro, last email 45 euro). I emailed all of the necessary information, but there was no car waiting and we paid over 100 euro to get from the airport to the hotel. When I talked with the person behind the desk in the morning, who appeared to be the manager, he first insisted that I had not sent the information, until he found it after I showed him my email with all of the information in it on my laptop. He still insisted that it was not his responsibility. I did say that this would go in review of the hotel. However, the next morning when we were coming through the lobby he told us that he would pay personally for a taxi to take us to the airport. He repeated this the following morning and when we were going out to the airport. However, I have just checked my credit card statement, and without telling us, he charged us 45 euro, having my credit card information on file. In other words, he outright lied to us and charged us without our consent. I highly recommend that no-one use this hotel!

Room spacious but very dark, felt like you trapped in the box , breakfast ok if you come first at 8 am if you come later there is very poor choice just boiled egg , jam , olives and bread, if you ask for something they always says finished, don’t have anymore, although they do. Have to give 5* for cleaning. Would not go back to this hotel and this area, Area very expensive, lots of restaurants and very annoying people every time you pass they attacking you with invites to come and eat.
