"It was a large well presented building. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had 2 suites which were very spacious and comfortable. It was quiet. We enjoyed the bar snacks, which offered a good size portion. The breakfast was a good choice and very nice. It was help yourself, but there were also specials to order. There was plenty of parking on site. It was convenient location close to the town centre and the beach, plus the loop bus stop was right outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and if we visited Broadstairs again, this would be our first choice."

"Great location. Shane about the lack of real ales available though, considering it’s a Sheperd Neame hotel, but that’s my only gripe about the place. Will def come back "
