"This hotel has an excellent location, close to downtown, the beach and pier. There was also an outstanding restaurant right next to the hotel! The lobby was very nice and the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful! They were very flexible with check in and check out which we really appreciated. The room was small but nice with a comfortable bed and nice bedding. The bathroom was ridiculously small with a weird glass door between the shower and toilet that folded in towards the wall and then opened when using the shower along with a shower curtain. The parking was not free but had a valet and they allowed us to stay parked after check out on our last day which we really appreciated."

"Location is very close to the beach. The breakfast is simple but acceptable. I really enjoyed the evening wine and cheese(free). Place is clean and quiet."

"Staff mainly, not friendly at all lady doing the late night shifts. Morning kitchen lady chewing gum while working breakfast areas… not professional at all,and not imedite cleaning after morning people make a mess when serving breakfast items. B 1 level parking lot smells horrible. Rooms very neat and organized. Cleaning staff very nice attitude. Thank you"

"Lovely hotel. Great staff. Nice amenities. It’s a bit dated but clean. The adjacent road is a little noisy but didn’t affect our sleep and the hotel is walking distance to beach, restaurants, and downtown. We’d stay here again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was lovely with lights at night and a firepit. We enjoyed using the bikes. And the breakfast was fast and delicious. Our room faced the back, but the view of the mountains was quite nice. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. We will be back!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff was super kind as well as helpful. The location is walkable to the end of State Street and 10 minutes from a lovely coffee shop (Dart) at the SB Harbor. The hotel was a great value for what I paid. I would recommend being cautious if you are a light sleeper because I could hear everything. I am always prepared for this when traveling but having to hear someone else's music and conversations at all hours of the night isn't ideal. "
