"The hotel is beautiful. The temperature inside the hotel is warm, considering the cold and rainy Edinburgh weather, the people cannot do enough for you, and it’s in a great location. The only problem is outside the hotel, it’s very busy because there’s the train stop right there and the bus stop but you’re centrally located so that is great. Used nice pool area, drank in bar and used complimentary EV charger.the best thing was the staff, reception and bar, all helpfull friendly and knowledgeable. Alrsady planning to return"
