"I chose this property because I was traveling with my 91 year old mother. We had a lovely large room, two beds, a full kitchen with utensils, a large bathroom, and a large private balcony. Our rom faced the sunset, with harbor and ocean views. We were able to park our rental car at a highrise parking lot in the next door building. Staff were very helpful. we'll definitely return!"

"The unit was clean and spacious for 2 people. The view of the beach was good. It was only a short walk to the beach. The laundry was in the room next door which was very handy. The lounge was just alright, not as comfortable as it looks. The bed was very comfortable. When I found out it was on the 27th floor I thought great, as there won't be any street noise, I like to sleep with the window open, I was so wrong, the traffic and pedestrian noise was very loud, which surprised me. "There were three of us that stayed for a full 7 days at the Picturesque Monarch 2bdr Condos on the 13th floor. There were two bedrooms, one of which you could barely move around in. "When we arrived we could not believe the terrible condition. Note this unit as AC unit in the living room, not bedroom. AC barely worked and with missing blinds it was hot! The management company did respond to our requests and very nice. They sent cleaners, fans, replacement chairs and maintenance to repair the blinds.
