"We booked this property based on the beautiful photos posted of the resort, but what we found was nothing like what was advertised. Instead of a resort, it felt more like an old, run-down hotel that has been neglected. The property was dirty throughout. The old carpet, both in the common areas and in our room, was stained, worn out, and in desperate need of replacement. The bathroom was outdated and had visible mold. The sofa was so dirty and worn that I covered it with towels before sitting on...
