"Location was great. Property was great. Down side, food expensive and nothing outside closes. Delivery not able come to property. Our room had smell in bathroom of sewer, gas from floor drain. We filled plastic bag with water covered it solved the problem for us. Over all loved the experience, just didn’t look at food bill until get home."

From the moment we checked in to the moment we finished our stay, the staff were all very welcoming, friendly and keen to help wherever they could. The facilities at the hotel were excellent. "Very convenient for bus stop right in front of the hotel. But hard to find the bus stop to head back. Room service is quick when we request for bucket of ice and extra towels. Hotel is modernized. Hard for a 59" girl to climb in and out of the tub, not recommended for short or elderly person"

"Staff are very helpful. We asked for a transformer because of different voltage in HK, they gave us a big and heavy one which worked but hard to carry around. So we told them that we left the transformer at the room so they can pick it up from there after we checked out. Also the cleaner was very understanding. We came back before the end of the day and she told us that she didn't clean our room yet. So after 5 mins, she came over, changed our bedding and dumped the garbage, checked the supplies...
