"Very conveniently located homy hotel in a safe area with underground stations and shops close by. Spacious rooms with kitchen allowing for some cooking so don’t have to eat out all the time particularly good for a ‘longish’ stay."

"This place is a pit. Fairly clean but ladies room on 1st floor had window cracked, water pooled in one of the sinks with the stopper in and a million dead mosquitoes - ugh. There is no-one there to check you in, (guess htat;s "hip" now?), you either do "self check-in" at a walk-up machine or ring a buzzer for an employee. No phone in room to call for help. "Lovely hotel, staff were super welcoming. We had to stay at the hotel for over 3 weeks and in between extending our stay due to home renovations. Nonetheless, staff went above and beyond with ensuring we were looked after during this tough time for us. We became well known with the hotel staff, to the point they memorised our breakfast orders."

"Slightly convenient location but rooms are definitely portrayed very different in the photos than reality. No good air flow, old fans provided that barely put out a puff of air, bathroom was musty and everything seemed worn down. The best was hard as a rock. Plenty of other nearby choices for stays that are actually cheaper/just as convenient."

"Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3. Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan...

"This place is great value for money, great transport routes... quiet residential area, shop right next door... spacious rooms, kitchen very well equipped everything you need to cook meals... AND ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS... we will definitely be coming back again And host is friendly and helpful 🙂 😊"
