We had some grumbles about the room we were initially allocated but the staff were patient and receptive to our concerns and quickly provided us a new room with zero challenge. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else for our next visit to Richmond."

"The executive rooms are that rare thing, comfy, with everything you need and no hassle. Coffee machine, good mattress calm peaceful room without someone’s dreadful idea of interior design! The tv needed re setting - sky wasn’t working - No problem it’s done! One small glitch, the shower temp mixer needed calibrating but then I like a hot shower so I just got on with it! Will stay again. Love it "

"The property in itself is really nice and updated. Staff are also nice and welcoming. However, the pillows are really poor quality and the remote control of the TVs just does not work as it should. Overall, I would stay there again, but bring my own pillow?"

"Absolutely incredible stay! My husband and I wanted a quiet peaceful experience and we received just that. Staff was great, room service was always fast and delicious, room was large and we felt very safe inside the park. We like to go for walks frequently, and this is a perfect safe place to enjoy. "Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked.
