"The apartment itself was lovely, ideal for our one-night stay. Parking and check-in was easy. Our only issue was when enquiring about parking (particularly disabled parking) before arriving, the emails I received back were very unhelpful and each time I asked more than one question in an email, I wouldn’t get an answer to each one which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was great and breakfast was lovely."

"Perfect location for Kew Gardens. Secure free parking. Excellent breakfast menu. A perfect twin bed room with everything you need, all clean & comfortable.The staff were absolutely fantastic so welcoming and helpful. One amazing lady stands out Alecja you made the birthday girls feel very special thank you. What an asset you are to the business. Highly recommend a stay here."

"Absolutely incredible stay! My husband and I wanted a quiet peaceful experience and we received just that. "Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked.
