A great place to stay in the outskirts of London. My partner and I regularly stay here as the rooms are lovely and staff are so helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
The breakfast options here were excellent. Property was very clean and the check in and check out process was the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. Parking was very convenient.
We had a great stay at the hotel, our room on the 7th floor with a bath and a view of Wembley Stadium was perfect. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
We were visiting for a friends 50th and organised through the hotel a celebration package which included balloons, chocolates and a hand written card which was a lovely final touch.
We had dinner in the hotel which was really good and there was a lot of choice for breakfast.
Also It’s a really convenient place to stay if heading to an event at Wembley.
We would definitely stay again. Thank you
A really good mid-market option in Chiswick. Priced similarly to those purple branded chain hotels but with a WAY better offer in terms of room size, facilities, and a definite sense of quality. We won’t hesitate to stay again and will certainly consider other Clayton hotels, although I believe they are predominantly in Eire.
Perfect stay at the Clayton. Rooms were great size, comfy beds and well stocked.
Hotel staff were fantastic and very professional. Nice and close to Gunnersbury and Turnham Green tube stations.
Fitness Center was excellent. Cable machine was older but in perfect working condition!
Would really recommend adding the breakfast. GLuten free options, tons of fresh fruit, excellent coffee (americano machine!)
Generally, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel -the room was spacious and well maintained, the hotel is near a tube stop, a number of good restaurants within walking distance. My only slight complaint is with the breakfast, which was good but not great, and could have varied a bit more from day-to-day.
Thank you to the staff for their welcoming and kindness. Your hotel is fabulous and my fury choice while on business in London which is weekly these days! See you again next week.
Well served for public transport.
Quiet beautiful neighbourhood.
Professional staff. Could do with not banging dishes when tidying up as other guests have breakfast.
We visited 7 of the Cotswolds villages and were so glad we had chosen to stay in Bourton on the Water and this charming hotel in the idyllic location- just perfect! We had the two rooms upstairs facing the river- dreamy view out the windows. Hearty home cooked breakfast at the hotel made our busy days easy. We hiked to Upper and Lower Slaughter and Stow on Wold through the countryside straight from the hotel. Ricardo and Polly were so helpful! Only village we visited with the sweet little river that flows throughout. Model Village was fun to see because it is a replica of the village itself and built in 1940. So many restaurants and stores right by the hotel. Restaurants do close their kitchens early so be sure to watch dinner time. Beds were comfy and quiet. We will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Burford, Bibury, the Slaughters, Stow on Wold, and Burton on the Water! We drove in from London in an electric car and will able to charge near the hotel.
The room and bathroom were both much larger than I expected. It was very clean and comfortable with lots of extras in the room like popcorn and a coffee machine plus toiletries from Rituals. I had a lovely dinner from room service. There was plenty of choice and all allergy information was available for dinner and the breakfast. The hotel really exceeded my expectations.
Excellent hotel in a great neighbourhood, perfect breakfast and the staffs service was great, not just about the hotel but helping navigate the local area. There’s a bus stop just outside of reception and a tube/train station 300 meters away with full links to the whole of London and beyond. They even showed all World Cup match’s in the bar. We will definitely be returning, highly recommended.
