"The landlord is very nice and helpful. The property is very clean and decorative. This is the most comfortable place during our vacation in Japan. Strongly recommend this wonderful house. "
"It was very special experience to stay at Japanese traditonal house with my family. It was a little bit far from the main sightseeing site but we were ok because we had a car. Kinkakuji was especially awesome."
"I had a lovely stay in one of the double rooms which is very spacious for Japanese hotels. I loved the the design of the room as well as its amenities - especially the en-suite bathroom! It’s located in a quite side street and the downstairs gyoza restaurant was outstanding! Would highly recommend staying at hotel inc when in Tokyo! "
"Our room was large and very compact with a spa located like bathroom. The staff was very accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and uncontested but convenient to attractions and public transportation. "
"Great boutique hotel, unique in its traditional structure of OLD Kyoto and yet updated with modern elements. Breakfasts are more snack like, complimentary evening cocktails is a nice way to end the day. "

"The stay was absolutely surreal. Breakfast was worth the extra $20/pp USD so don't skip. The Onsen was a really neat experience and the body & hair products were literally top notch. The only complaint are the pillows. They are really bad. Luckily walking 20k steps means you can sleep on the ground you are so tired. Would stay again but maybe buy a pillow. Like for real for real."
"Muy buen hotel. Desayuno bufette execelente. Servicio de shuttle cada 20min al centro. Habitaciones muy amplias y comfortables. Central para tomar taxi a diferentes sitios de Kyoto. Ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo de Kyoto, para estar alejado de las multitudes. "
"The staff were helpful and very polite. The room was large and comfortable for the length of stay. We used the public baths and sauna - all facilities were very clean and easy to use."
