We received a clean and spacious room. Not only was the property pet-friendly, but it was also clear that the staff also loves pets. Staff were very helpful. They have a chalkboard on which they list the pets staying with them that day! I prepared diapers and potty pads for my dog, but they provide all of these on site as well. There is a bit of an odor in the room transiently (unclear if it was because of the carpet or if it was from the rain). During my stay, this was easily addressed with the air purifier provided in the room. Perhaps a future consideration could be to switch from carpet to wood/laminate flooring? Other pet owners were responsible and conscientious. Dogs were carried or in diapers to avoid accidents, and were quiet and calm. It was so great to see everyone doing their part to keep a clean and friendly environment for everyone. This is the 2nd pet friendly property I have stayed at affiliated with Solare Hotels, and I am impressed. I will stay again next time I come with my dog to Kyoto. This has been one of the most memorable stays this trip!

デラックスルームに大人2人とチワワ一匹で2泊滞在。 お部屋は清潔でほどよい広さでした。バスタブはありませんが、可動式と天井からの2種類のシャワーが付いていてアメニティがとても良い香りでした。レセプションにあるコーヒーがとっても美味しかったです。

初めて宿泊しました スタッフの方々皆さん優しくて、色々なレストランやワンコ可の観光情報などを教えていただき参考にさせていただきました 室内の設備は洗面の栓が引いても押しても水が貯まってしまい中々上手く使用できなかったのが残念　冷蔵庫の熱の逃げ道を書類で塞いでいたので冷蔵庫の冷え方がイマイチでした 全体的には良かったのでまた宿泊したいです
