"Enjoyed this hotel! Pleasant rooms and various spaces as well as great restaurants in the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Service was excellent. From the time I walked in, everyone was kind and willing to help. There was a small issue with my room but Alecia in housekeeping fixed it right away and more than made up for any inconvenience I had as result. She was amazing and made my day with her outstanding service! Great to see someone who is such a kind person and takes real pride...

"Quiet, clean, most staff were very good Second floor breakfast restaurant staff was horrible. We waited to be seated for 15 minutes, with plenty of tables available, while 3 servers went by making eye contact but saying nothing. We ended up going to a restaurant down the street "

"It is located directly across the street from the public transit center and the downtown stop for the DAX bus from the airport. If you use public transit exclusively (as I do) it is the ideal location to be at. The down side of this is there are lots of 'lingerers' in the immediate area outside the building, but I never felt unsafe. The apartment was perfect; especially if you're staying a week or more. "Everyone was nice and did a wonderful job from valet to front desk to housekeeping. Their attitudes were pleasant. The hotel has access to the people mover that takes you around downtown but you have to use a room key to get through to the lobby. It is safe and clean. This is our second stay there and my go to!"
