This property is beautiful! It seems that amenities such as hot tub and sauna are closed ‘indefinitely.’ Perhaps those would be worth investing in.

Good overall

Overall the hotel was clean and the people were fabulous. The hotel is somewhat dated and was having many issues I think that were due to recent heavy rains. I saw multiple buckets catching dripping water, and an entire hall was blocked off with an industrial fan blowing.

Below expectations

Overall not the greatest place to stay. The pool was closed without notice a big letdown. the room and hotel was dirty and needed a lot of updates. The room was 2 out of 5 as the microwave and phone did not work. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice except for not being supplied with toilet paper. I would pass on this hotel in the future as their are many better options for a slightly higher price.

Romantic getaway

Cute cozy comfortable quiet hotel you can't even tell you're by the highway. Staffed was friendly and commentating. One of the best hotels I stayed in in a while

This is an amazing property and I can't wait to see what they do with the renovations! Great location near the expressway. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. We were unaware the hotel is under renovations at the time of booking - the listing is not updated. Although there is much work to be done here the building itself is amazing. It feels rather unfair to be rating the hotel during this time - the mattress was super comfortable and the room was very clean. Hopefully the renovations will really show off this gem.

All around the stay went well the heated pool was nice to swim was advertised that the hot tub was working but when we got there hot tub was closed then recieved a text message on my phone that clock out was at noon 12 pm for the front desk to inform us clock out was at 11am talk about false advertisement.

There for a business conference. Would have liked the sweet. There was no pool. Really wanted a pool. Staff for incredibly friendly. I would stay here again

No elevator service, no pool. Doors did not close securely. Hallways were dark. Everything was dirty and water damaged. Some coordidors closed looked like squatters were living there. Hallways reaked of marijuana. Guests were loud and yelling all hours of the night. Rooms keys failed multiple times for us and others. With rooms and elevators closed, they expected my disabled mother to climb stairs. It took them 45 minutes to find a room on the first floor. On the positive side, staff were polite and coffee was good.

For the price this was above average. Room was large. Shower had hot water. It had an indoor pool! I have not seen an indoor pool at this price point. On the downside the free breakfast was limited.

The only good thing about this place is the price. They blame renovations. I blame a complete lack of cleanliness. Front desk staff was nice, other than that a complete dumpster fire.

The property is under major renovations and many of the amenities are not available, including the pool, sauna, hot tub. This information should be posted on their website so the customers can make informed decisions. The air conditioning is not working every where, the Continental breakfast was 3 varieties of the cheapest Walmart muffins available and some fruit. Only one elevator works, and it is very dark and hard to navigate. Our bed was comfortable, but I had to clean the jetted tub before using, and there was a ceiling tile missing exposing the very old air conditioning unit in the ceiling. We had hoped for a pleasant stay, but we will be going elsewhere next time.

The place was $90 including taxes for one night so I would say it’s exactly what you would expect. Kind of like a truck stop area. Hotel staff was friendly. There was a few places to eat around the area. Bed was mediocre, bathroom was totally rusted looking. Tv works. The inside pool area was cute looking.
