"Very convenient, easy contactless access. We didn’t arrive until 8:30 pm and the room was ready for us with the lights on and the temperature perfect. The bed was so comfortable and I appreciated it so much after a long day of travel."

"This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. If I get back to the Big Island I'll be coming back here! Thank you for the great time!"

"The community spaces were very nice. The rooms were somewhat like a dormitory with a common space. Staff was excellent. Most importantly it was very clean, well maintained and comfortable."

"Price and location were good, there was no ac, but there was an ocean breeze and screened windows. However, very loud dog barked on and off during the night. Ear plugs were provided but i can never get them to stay in. Wifi also did not work right so tv kept freezing up"

The hotel generally looked old and dingy, parking spaces are too small, tile trim falling off, shower curtain didn’t extend the length of the shower, the complimentary soap next to the sink was hard to wash off, the lanai furniture was old and felt dirty. "Overall good location with good amenities. However, all of the pillows (2 for sleeping) provided are too soft and not firm enough. Bed sheets’ thread count is very low which in combination leads to uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Otherwise, solid."

"We had an enjoyable stay, we were received by Kelly with fresh delicious muffins, the house was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, each day was a different menu with fresh baked muffins, fresh fruit, juice, coffee or late and attention to detail. Kelly was very hospitable and she made us feel like home. I recommend a stay here "
