"Big things like price, location and cleanliness count of course but little things count too for me....I appreciated having 6 hangars in closet instead of 3. Bar soap instead of liquid. Carpet (clean and vacuumed and not stained) instead of hard floors. Included breakfast bar had slight menu change each day so as not to be monotonous. Desk staff was pleasant but not that efficient. But overall, I'd stay here again in a flash. "

"The Rialto is centrally located with the whole downtown in walking distance. The staff are excellent and there is a great restaurant on site. "

"The general manager Christy Zheng was amazing ! Her staff are super friendly and really assist in helping guests feel comfortable and welcomed. All the staff were very knowledgable about the tourism industry in Victoria. I would stay here again."

"Slightly off the highway, so quiet. Close in driving distance to Butchart Gardens and Sidney. Simple breakfast satisfactory, microwave and fridge in the room. Would appreciate a teabag at breakfast. Curtains unevenly hung."

"Great spot, had the view of the harbor and would recommend. Watching the harbor and activity as the city awakens was both relaxing and interesting. Family friendly. Dog friendly except for the restaurant even outdoor, which was a little bummer. But took it to go and ate outside at the tables. Staff very friendly, great location. EV charging in garage which was nice. Plan to stay again next time. "
