"Lovely old house. Clean, quiet, room. Glad I chose one with an ensuite bathroom as it meant I was on the top floor. Perfect location. Walk to inner harbor and downtown shops or to Dallas road for ocean views and lovely fresh air. Nice, safe, neighborhood. Friendly, helpful, staff. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit and home baking, but more healthy options would be nice. I had a lovely stay and will return."

"Cozy, clean and comfy! Check-in was seamless as was checking out. Toiletries were appropriate and some condiments provided. Communication between the owner was responsive and polite. Would definitely recommend and return to stay here again.
