Laundry room with irons etc was convenient. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. There was access to extra coffee tea from the guest kitchen to replenish our kitchen in the garden suite. There were no teaspoons (just 2 large spoons) & not much sugar or coffee in the suite so had to go on a scavenger hunt to the guest kitchen upstairs. If we were missing something we could usually find it in the guest kitchen. The large common area was right above our bedroom area &, being an old building, noise, in the form of excessive thumping & banging was loud in our room feom upstairs - not a major problem until people were up there after 10 pm when we were trying to sleep &/or simply relax. The bedroom configuration didnt allow for any (even tiny) nightstand but instead there were awkward gaps between the bed and the built in closets beside it where items could fall down but we couldn't set anything down in that area. We were told there'd be plenty of Residential parking on that side of the road but for 2 of the 4 nights we couldnt find any & had to park & walk from other streets (even then, spots were hard to find). Im not sure that parking rules are enforced & not sure how they could be.
