Had a studio suite with 2 double beds, sofa bed, sitting area and kitchenette. nicely updated, well-equipped, contemporary and clean, perfect for a family. nice staff. good downtown location but area gets rough after 6pm ish although hotel feels safe. our room near elevator and it was a busy wkend, corridor traffic and noise one night. overall a comfortable stay.

The location is excellent as a base to explore the downtown and inner harbour areas. Everything is walkable. There are amazing shopping, dining and sightseeing spots all around. Over and above this is the staff. They were very friendly and helpful! They made our stay truly excellent!! The attached Ruby breakfast spot is also a excellent!

This was one best hotel stays I have had in a long time. Everyone was ultra friendly any time we were coming or going. Any time we needed help with anything- extra linens, plates and napkins- staff was happy to help. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was such a nice touch.
