Super hotel and great value for money

Very comfortable and huge super king bed. Room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was amazing, staff were really helpful too.

Great hotel!

I was watching a race at the Cyclopark so the location of the hotel was fantastic. All the staff were great and Jelana was particularly hard working and attentive. The breakfast was well cooked and delicious. I could not fault the restaurant or my room for cleanliness.

Hotel is nice rooms are nice staff are nice One problem is don’t get room 14 as it’s right under the bar area and you can here everything from the nite porter pacing up n down which isn’t a big problem but persons drinking in the bar till 3,30 phoned at 1,15 to complain and see if they could be quieter or move to another part and it fell on deaf ears obviously bar profits more important than guests ? Nice hotel would I stay again probably yes but avoid room 14 if you are light sleeper ?

Great price, small twin room but was very clean and looked brand new. Breakfast was a little dimple but did the job. Will definitely be using stein for work, very convenient for getting into London.

Great location for gigs at Leo’s Red Lion (walking distance) friendly staff, comfortable, free on-site parking and breakfast included.

Wonderful place

Excellent room to say in, will return and hopefully stay in the same room, warm friendly and witty staff, one of the best I’ve stayed in. Pub opposite very friendly with unbelievable food on the menu, a must to stay

Great stay

We came down to watch the BTCC at Brands Hatch and our stay was great! Maybe a tad over priced for what we got, but really can’t complain. Very clean, friendly staff and comfortable bed, so it ticked most of the boxes. Only down side was the breakfast, which I did receive an email about. If you’re a hungry person in the mornings, take some snacks as there is a very limited choice. Overall, as I’ve already said, our stay was great and we would definitely consider staying here again for when we come down to Brands Hatch.

Very nice hotel friendly staff helpful on check in.lovly big room very clean.Only down side cheap shower head in shower and just shame dont do full English breakfast. But overall very nice place friendly staff. 👍👍👍

Clean and comfortable

Really clean and comfortable stay, excellent breakfast which described itself as “light” but this only means “not a full English” because I had beans on toast and I could barely finish it the serving was so large. Small car park with an entrance it is very easy to miss if you haven’t been before: as you come up the hill from the A2 it is on your left immediately before you get to the hotel. The room was well supplied with tea, coffee and biscuits. The bathroom was very small but lacked for nothing. Extremely friendly staff.

It was excellent from start to finish! No complaints at all! The guy who checked us in shows us the room and explained about breakfast! Every member of staff that we met were professional and friendly! Nothing was too much trouble for them! We were staying because our daughter is in a critical condition in hospital but staying here meant I had one less thing to worry about! Thank you!

Bed looked a superking size but was two singles put together. Hot water did not work on our second day. Repairs were called promptly and the engineer repaired our heating. Breakfast and room w.ere good and staff are helpful

The team at The Granby were superb, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were friendly, enthusiastic and attentive, I felt totally at ease and looked after. I will certainly be using The Granby again.

overnight stay for family get together

This was an overnight stay for a family get together, the location was excellent as only 15 minutes drive from where we were during the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was great, very large bed, very clean, breakfast although limited due to covid was very good and freshly cooked option. The only downside we had, and that was not anythihg to do with the hotel, was there was a lot of noise from the room above, sounded like someone running about for a good hour after 11pm.
