"Rooms were clean and in good repair. The breakfast options were good and the staff was very helpful."

"Conveniently located, plenty of options for breakfast although I felt bad for the lady working as there was a bus group two mornings and it was all she could do to keep up with them. Parking was easy. The stairwell was surprisingly clean, wide, well-maintained which isn't something you'd normally notice, but it was that nice. My room was quiet with the exception of 5am and 530am Friday morning when the garbage was being picked up but that is beyond the hotel's control. I could stay there again."

"We spent 2 nights in 2 different rooms. I got head lice, the toilet in the second room was loose from the floor. It seems every lock on the rooms needs to be changed out as the key cards wouldn’t work. It is too bad the facility is in such disrepair, as the staff is nice and helpful, but I could not recommend anyone stay here!!!"

"First room assigned had not been cleaned. Had food and trash, along with cigarette butts and smoke (in a non-smoking room). I understand that the misuse of the room was not management's fault, but that of the prior occupants. However, there should have been protocols in place to insure that rooms are cleaned and noted as such before new guests arrive. The front desk person was very apologetic and noticeably frustrated that this occurred, and when she told another staff member it was shrugged...

I questioned the front desk about the closure of the pool and was told it would be opened in two days. It was not. I chose this establishment for the indoor pool, to relax. "Room very nice and clean but amenities were disappointing. Breakfast advertised was terrible, elevator broke, and pool looked dirty. Would not recommend at all if you want more than just a clean room."
