"For the area it was beautiful, staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was good , however sea side restaurant food was average and not a big selection. The other restaurant we could not eat at because all food contained chilli. It would be good if y they had other options. "

"What a find! Sulis is a fantastic hotel to base yourself at. It has a good breakfast to start the day, next to Lippo and Discovery Mall, lots of shopping and eating options, and a fantastic rooftop pool with a view over Kuta beach. We had a lovely night dip in the pool with the kids and ordered snacks by the pool- it was heavenly. Meals from the restaurant were reasonably priced. "We stayed at this hotel for one night before an early flight, and overall, it was a good choice as an airport hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which was our main priority. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day of traveling. One major downside was that the hotel shuttle only operates after 12 PM, something we weren’t informed about when booking. Since the main reason we chose this hotel was the advertised airport...

"The hotel is far enough away from Kuta to make your time on the beach peaceful but still close enough to walk. Staff were outstanding, facilities are dated in some areas but overall, a great place to stay. We will be back. Kids Club, breakfast, location and room cleanliness- all wonderful. Thanks!"

"I checked in after midnight. It was a little difficult to find but the good news was that there was someone at the front desk to check me in. I got lucky and was the only one in the female dormitory. Clean and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and it was included!"

"FOOD WAS TOP NOTCH! Pool area is excellent and staff are very very friendly. We stayed in a pool access room which is 10m from the pool which was very handy. The room was very nice but a solid door is needed to separate bathroom rather than a rolling screen as all ‘noises’ in bathroom can be heard."

"The most fantastic stay in Kuta. A great location to two shopping malls walking distance. Restaurants and the beach not far away from the hotel. The room was huge and the balcony was a great bonus. Pool was large and easy access from the room. The staff talked everyday to me with big friendly smiles. The buffet breakfast was delicious, fruits, bacon, omelette, fresh bread etc. Will definitely be staying again next year. Thank you."
