"Clean room, Nice & Pleasant Staff. Only negative was the room was a “non-smoking” room and upon arrival, we immediately smelled smoke in the room. The housekeeping brought in some air freshener to help with the smoke smell & we sprayed a disinfectant also. "

"The staff is very helpful! We extended our stay due to weather impacts. Both front desk shifts, day and evening worked to have a seamless transfer to a new room. The indoor pool is ideal for small children. Our kids loved the slides and pirate ship. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The pictures did not match the actual condo. It was dirty and disheveled. The bookshelf was broken and all of the paintings on the wall were crooked. That wasn’t a huge deal but an indicator that is it not well kept. The carpet was filthy. I found food on the dining room floor and a bloody tissue on the bathroom floor. I can get past most things but a bloody tissue is simply unsanitary. The walls were paper thin. I was kept up literally all night. First, by the upstairs neighbors until 2am, then the wind was so loud outside that it shook the condo. I got zero sleep the second night, which is not normal for me at all. I know there’s nothing to be done about the wind especially when you’re on top of a mountain. But I never would have booked knowing how thin the walls were. I reached out to the host about the noise who said they would “make it right” by talking to the upstairs neighbors. When I informed them of the bloody tissue and uncleanliness of the condo they did not respond. The only good part of this stay was the view of the mountains. I absolutely would not book again, especially considering how they responded to my concerns. This was our 10 year anniversary so we were extremely disappointed it didn’t work out how we wanted. We cannot get that time back. "

"Our kids had a blast. The staff are so friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We got to check in early at 12 and our room was ready. The next day we checked out at 11 but got to stay the whole day at the waterpark. Will definitely be back in summer for the outdoor pools etc. "
