saya daftar masuk pd 24/08/2018, terdapat rambut bertaburan di atas blanket dlm bilik utama. saya mengadu di counter untuk pertukaran bilik yg baru. Namun, hanpa permintaan saya tidak dilayan. Mereka hanya memanggil housekeeping utk membersihkan bilik tersebut. Fridge juga berbau busuk kerana masih terdapat sisa makanan yang tidak dibersihkan. Adalah tidak adil bagi bayaran yg mahal utk service yg tidak memuaskan.

The accommodation is not really has accepted. I was at the lobby for hours they dont even bother to switch on the fan it was so hot even i asked them can you pls switch on the fan they dont even bother and just walked away ,I seriously don’t understand if there are trying to save their electric bill this is not the way, pls have some humanity. Besides the room, the toilet was so bad the ceiling was leaking. The room was so dusty the bed sheet was so dirty there was patch’s of stains. It is definitely not worth your money.

The bed is very2 disgusting

The bed sheet is very2 dirty as if it was not cleaned before and as if we sleep in the bed where someone just have ***. The pool is nice, however it is not maintain well. Very different from pictured.

DIRTY AND SCARY

-the room is dirty -there are many of lizard pupooo at toilet sink and at dirty on the floor . U should provide slipper and brush the floor to look clean . -something disturbing was sound like chair and table move out frequently from another room and sound like the scary part . -the best part is the room is big and have balcony but the hygiene is very bad . -the sheetbed so dirty and have something black spot on that bed . My partner got flue since stay at this room .
