"The hotel was beautiful, and so incredibly restful. Great transport links into Rome. The hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town. Sadly, the shuttle was very very unreliable. You had to book it in advance, and even then, we had to call the hotel several time to get them to pick us up. That was incredibly disappointing. If you don't have a local phone number and have to pay for foreign phone calls, I would not recommend. You will be stuck without a ride."

"While housekeeping kicked in day two, room had mosquitoes and we got bit terribly, internet connection was almost nonexistent, breakfast was one coffee+ croissant (How is this buffet breakfast), the people next room had their TV on all night long, there is no front desk until 2pm and she leaves at 8pm( when she is there, she is excellent, friendly, helpful- thank you for everything) don’t fall for shuttle..it is private car and charges 70 euros, housekeeping people are ok, room, bed- ok,...

"everything was wonderful. we were staying an extra day because our plane got turned back when in flight, our pilots window was shattered. the computer system was down at the hotel. in the middle of the night the power went out in our room so our phones didnt charge which made everything difficult. they couldnt give us a receipt due to their issues. we need this to get reimbursed. unless expedia can give us a receipt"
