Staff very helpful, hotel basic but clean and room well cleaned, location to mercato central and train station very good. Tubs need a safety mat but shower good with plenty hot water. Breakfast never varied and scrambled eggs always cold despite heater (often not on). Plenty of food but nothing fancy.

Incredible staff. Extremely helpful and kind. Hotel is old, but clean. Vendors set up just outside, can hear them setting up, we didn’t mind, added to the charm. We only had coffee for breakfast one morning, late. Choices seemed ok, coffee was great.

Really my only complaint is that the shower was small but other than that the overall experience was good and this place is an excellent choice close to the trains station making it highly convenient for stop over trips in Florence It’s one block away from Mercato Centrale , which is a must visit place, the food court on the 2nd floor is really good. Don’t waste your money on the highest rated restaurants in Florence, there’s better local options around this hotel Also this hotel is walking distance from everything.

Highly recommended!

This hotel is worth the price. The rooms are very clean,staff are friendy and breakfast is generous. The location is close to everything. I highly recommend this place!

Pros: Comfortable bed | Power sockets were in the right places | Lots of table / wardrobe space | Breakfast buffet was high quality and plentiful | Only 5 min walk to Firenze SMN station (though walkways were very narrow, which makes it slower when wheeling luggage) | Lots of food options / shops nearby | Right near City Sightseeing Firenze first bus stop Cons: No USB power sockets| No moisturiser | Water was not complimentary (I had to ask reception to confirm) | Only one toilet for men and one for women

Everything at this location is very good, walking distance to main locations, friendly staff, clean and good breakfast! The only thing that was inconvenient was the mini fridge, it did not work, I also wish they have a coffee machine as everywhere else.

I like the hotel location, it is right in the city centre, very close to the sites we want to visit, we can easily walk to every place. It is also close to the railway station, you don’t need a taxi to the hotel. The market street is 1 min away. The staffs are very friendly. We like this hotel.

This was located in a very excellent location in the middle of Florence, walkable to everywhere you need to visit! And yet very very quiet as the hotel has sound proof walls and very great blinds to block out light. We had a very restful stay! Daily buffet style breakfast from 7to 10 and staff were very kind and friendly. My daughter enjoyed all the breakfast options. Also we loved the walk in closet in the room. The hotel even surprised us with a bottle of wine as gift due to us being silver member of Expedia. Can’t be happier! We loved Florence!!!
