" I stayed for 4 days, and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. First of all, all the towels had an unpleasant smell. Second, the bedsheets were not changed daily they were only made up, and we had to sleep on stained sheets. Third, the parking situation was completely unreasonable. They charge $75 per night with no real alternative, except for an outdoor parking lot behind the hotel where you have to pay $24 every time you enter and exit even multiple times a day. This makes no sense. With such high fees, they should provide better parking options for their guests. In some areas of the hotel, you can’t even find staff to ask a simple question. One night, they closed the outdoor parking entrance, and I was forced to walk in the rain with my baby all the way to the main entrance, which caused my child to catch a cold. Also, the Expedia rating for this hotel is misleading, you can check other sources and see the difference. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this hotel at all."

"The hotel itself was nice. But we had several problems during our one week stay. We had two rooms on the third floor both had queen size beds. The bathroom for us was an issue. It had a sliding door with no lock very heavy door by the way. When you closed it, it had a large gap on each side that you could clearly see the person showering or going to the bathroom. So if anybody walked up towards the door to leave, they could see what was going on in the bathroom. The next problem was they told us they would clean our room every three days but every day we would get clean towels and our trash thrown. One of our rooms was never cleaned the whole time we were There. The trash was overflowing. We didn’t get towels. It was never picked up. We asked several times for it to be picked up and it never happened. The other room only got cleaned once because I saw the person in the hallway and they asked me if I wanted it cleaned and I said yes. But again, no towels no toilet paper no throwing the trash. If we wanted something we had to go down to the lobby to pick it up ourselves. The pool was ice cold there was no towels by the pool. We were told someone would bring some out to us that never happened. They had a little restaurant on the first floor. We went for breakfast. We’re waiting to be seated. We were told we had to order and pay at the stand. Then we could seat ourselves and the food would be brought out. Which was strange because if you wanted to add something you had to pay 1s"

"We walked from the airport to this hotel, which was so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was incredibly quiet and the bed was really comfortable. My son got to do some plane-spotting, even though it was foggy. Nice staff too!"

"Wonderful staff. And a shoutout to Juvenal, one of the shuttle drivers - happy, helpful, funny but not overbearing. Also to the staff that checked me in and out. I should have got their names. This is perfect for an overnight to catch a flight the next day. 24 hour shuttle service, Free breakfast which was a yogurt for me. Nothing glamorous but adequate. The room was dated and a little moldy smelling but linens were good and bathroom was clean. Would recommend because of the staff -all went above and beyond to make this a good stay."
