"The hotel was really nice and modern. The staff was outstanding!! The staff was very kind and helpful. We were very near the airport but Never heard any planes. We had a great view of the planes landing. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit L.A. shout out to James who worked the desk at night. James was GREAT!! There were to younger guys who worked the front desk in the morning they too were GREAT!! And the security guard at night was GREAT!!"

"You could hear a lot of the jet takeoffs and motorcycles roaring by on the street quite loud. Our side was facing LAX airport so may have been normal but would have been better on back of hotel for getting a room to get sleep. Breakfast burrito and sandwich very greasy if you order from front counter. May be better if you have time to eat in restaurant, but not sure.."

"Good hotel but multiple times i had issue with cleaning crew leaving rags or not having cleaned the room properly. I had blood stains on bedsheets for instance. Really jeed to fix cleaning. "

"The hotel and staff were outstanding! The food in the morning and food ordered from the cafe was great, and the women staffing the front desk area especially on checkout were helpful , courteous and professional. I hope their hard work is acknowledged as it was greatly appreciated. The maintenance staff and housekeeping personnel did an outstanding job as well, will definitely book a stay there in future"
