"Staff was amazing. Especially the morning staff and the cook. They were the sweetest people and made my family feel extremely welcome. It was such a sad weekend as we were spreading my father’s ashes on the parkway. The staff just all put a smile on our faces when we needed it the most. Thank you!"

"Unfortunately, I hate to say it, but this was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve had. And I’ve traveled to a lot of developing countries so that’s saying a lot. The staff were perfectly pleasant, but the place is incredibly rundown and grotty. The wallpaper was peeling, carpet head holes throughout, the air-conditioning unit was broken and dangling off the wall. We felt like we needed to sleep with our clothes still on. Really gross. I should’ve known better. Anything with “quality” in the name is probably a red flag."

"Breakfast was good. My husband had celiac and there was plenty to eat. He ate from the hot bar but there were hard boiled eggs and yogurt cups. "
