"This property is in an excellent location. Can walk anywhere downtown. When our first room had a broken air conditioner, within minutes we were moved to another floor with working air. Nice having a good restaurant right next door and a Starbucks around the corner. The building is old but cleaning staff did a beautiful job."

"Amazing location "

"Let me start by saying that we ate at the restaurant twice and the food and service were excellent. The problems were with the room. It was dusty and the shower was partially broken. We left at 10:30 and returned at about 7 to find that someone had hung a do not disturb sign on the handle of our door. Thought at first we must have left it by mistake but when we went inside our identical sign was hanging on the inside of the door. Room was untouched. Reported to front desk and they said they...

"We’ve spent 5 days in Chicago to celebrate my birthday. Since day 1, Pedro, the front desk agent has been extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He gave us a list with his favorite restaurants and also recommended some activities to do. The hotel was incredible but Pedro made Chicago so special for us! We owe you a special thanks!
