"Listing was incorrect, they had us booked in the upper village (which would have been closer to the ski lift) but we were staying with friends that were in the lower village so that's where we wanted to be. Had to call the resort and hotels.com but they were very accommodating and re-booked it for us (thankfully there was room). Crystal at Panorama was very nice and likely fixed this booking for us."
"Chalet was very clean. Little hard to find but wasn’t a problem in the end. We had a great time. Facilities were extremely good. Great for skiing and a family holiday. We had grandparents. Two families with two and three kids lots of room for us all and convenient to the ski hill. Hot tub and pool table was a nice add on. "

"Our room was a suite in tamarack. It was decent size, had a coffee machine with no pot in the room. There was zero communication from the staff about reloading towels or even a quick tidy to the room. "
