"GREAT customer service, and that made our layover in Istanbul so relaxing and easy! Reception and driver were accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. Great value for money and helps with transportation planning. Most affordable I found, and yet still a professional and eloquent hotel. Recommending to friends and family for layovers."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable to relax after a long day. The staff was especially friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. There is an outdoor pool available, which looked nice, but unfortunately, the weather was rainy during my stay, so I didn't get a chance to use it. Overall, it's a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay by the water. One of the best parts is the location-everything...

I am just so happy with Mest Hotel. The location was super convenient for me because there are so many shops nearby. I got to do a lot of shopping. "The Hotel ran out of tourist map. Not the best start for a tourist not speaking Turkish. We were assigned a room that has drainage issue with the shower bath tub. Our shower took longer than usual bcos we had to pause the showering water to avoid flooding the bathroom. Still, the bathroom floor was very wet after. We requested for a change of room & they responded quickly & changed our room after breakfast the next morning. Other than this blemish, other aspect of the hotel was fine. Although,...

We booked a room for two people by mistake, but they understand the situation and gave us a wonderful family room. The place for families is very suitable. I recommend it.
