Even before arrival, Zeynep was incredibly helpful over WhatsApp. She responded quickly to our questions and helped coordinate our airport arrangements, which made everything very convenient. During our stay, another member of the hotel team was also very kind and helpful, including helping us arrange our airport drop-off. Being able to pay in USD up front was another nice added convenience. The hotel itself has a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere, and our stay went smoothly overall. The only minor issue was a noticeable cigarette smell in the room, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."
