"We arrived in the early hours of the morning and they kindly arranged transport for us to get to the accommodation stress free. It’s a 15 minute walk into the town which is lively and plenty of shops and restaurants . The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly . The rooms have a living area with modern facilities, the beds are comfortable."

"Very good with communicating especially when you need help about places and suggestions regarding Istanbul. It is in the center of everything but is quiet once you are in hotel. It is near food places and major attractions and train. I would recommend it to my friends and family."

"Team were positive and reactive. Property was new so its equipment and furniture. The brands are from a a famous supplier such as Bosch. There is not food court to serve breakfast. Communication between reception staff is poor. To adjust AC in your room, you need to call the reception to adjust it remotely. They are very strict when it comes to evict the property at 12pm. They did not agree tpo extend our stay by 1 Hr. although we stayed there for 10 days."

"The air conditioning worked perfectly unlike other properties in Istanbul. The rooms were clean and modern with all the amenities."

"Our only comment that can add to info gatherers is that while it is located close to all the main attractions as described, Istanbul is a hilly city; if you have difficulty walking, the uphill to the nearest tram station can be a challenge. Walking on a flat terrain to the Blue Mosque, etc, can take 18 mins or so. Otherwise, all reviews from other travellers are accurate."

"Honestly this is my 10th visit to this hotel, but this time it was v unpleasant. 1. Internet problems with wifi everyday 2. First room I checked in had a brown tap water and terrible smell. 3. Moved to second room where the shower sink was clogged and upon the first shower the whole bathroom was flooding with my clothes and personal belongings all ruined. Technician was called to fix it, they fixed it first time and did not work. Second shower had the bathroom flooding too. Until a technician...

"Sehr Zentrale Lage. Direkt an der Istiklal. Trotz dieser Zentralen Lage, empfand ich, dass das Hotel sehr gut Isoliert war, so dass man ruhig schlafen konnte."
