"Room was very clean. The room was warm when we arrived and the AC worked well. We were two adults and two young children and the beds were one single bed (small sofa converted to bed) and one king size bed. For one night it was comfortable. Gym on floor -1 was good. We had some food from the room service menu which was good but there were few vegetarian options."

The view of the river is beautiful and can be seen from the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, It’s a short walk to the tram. We liked the tranquil escape it gave us from the bustle of Istanbul. "The Hotel ran out of tourist map. Not the best start for a tourist not speaking Turkish. We were assigned a room that has drainage issue with the shower bath tub. Our shower took longer than usual bcos we had to pause the showering water to avoid flooding the bathroom. Still, the bathroom floor was very wet after.
