The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and they always made us feel welcome. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choices and very good quality food. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had nothing to complain about. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul."
