"The staff was great, but the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, there was hair on the towels, black sticky residue on top of the toilet, and handprints all over the wooden sliding doors. I was also placed in a loud room next to the ice vending machine, the housekeeping room, and the electrical room, so I didn't sleep well. The room smelled strongly of wet dog. "Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. However, $38 daily parking for hotel guests is absurd. Please consider extra cost before booking. They may be afew bucks cheaper than other venues but most of other hotels don’t charge parking in the Austin area."

"This was hands down one of the best vacations I have taken. It’s super close to Austin and there’s a horseback trail ride across the freeway. The amenities are great. The hot tub was always hot and the sauna worked great. Super nice place to go for a romantic getaway. A lot of great places to take pictures. The owners were super attentive and super nice."

"Excellent room if you are looking for something affordable and nearby local stores and restaurants! It was easy for us to go get dinner and just walk around at night. They do have a pool, but we didn't get to swim. Looks more like a pool for cooling and wading than actual swimming from the size of it. The room we stayed in was great. "Lovely, spacious apartment. Only niggle is that the next door restaurant bar could be a little loud, especially during our stay when it was SXSW. It might be quieter during a different time of year."
