Great location and great view from the rooftop patio! It was great that we could store our luggage prior to check in; so we could explore the nearby iconic landmarks on our list. I would recommend this boutique hotel, hands down!

Overall, this was exactly what we were looking for; a clean, convenient place to sleep with the majority of our time spent outside of the room. We stayed while the weather was mostly cool, but on the days where it was hotter the AC was lacking and the ventilation in the room was not good.

This place was a delight to stay at and perfect for a solo traveller. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I loved the artsy decor and the extra lighting options with soft recessed lighting. Unfortunately the soundproofing was not great as I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. Fortunately the hotel itself is on a super quiet side street, so there was zero street noise. It’s the perfect location being a 2 minute walk to Barcelona cathedral, about 20 minutes to Sagrada Família, and steps away from all the neat little shops and restaurants in the El Born neighbourhood. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Good location, nice small room with roof fan and air conditioning, clean and towels changed every day. Property was quite noisy at night, could hear people coming and going and the bed was on wheels on wooden floor, every time I turned over it made noise. Need to down load a link for door access which was initially difficult to down load prior to trip. Use the link to unlock doors was not particularly easy or intuitive. They were the only negatives and I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The property is excellent, especially because of its location, which allows you to explore the city comfortably on foot (15 minutes to La Rambla, 30 minutes to Sagrada Família, and 15 minutes to Casa Batlló). Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a very kind receptionist who explained how the door access system worked through the link we had received. The property was cozy and perfect for a couple. The room was clean, although there was a slight closed-room smell at first, which disappeared quickly after turning on the air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned every day. The only negative points were the impossibility of opening the window to let fresh air in, the bathroom without a window with a ventilation fan that was not very effective, and the sink tap being a little too far from the basin, which made it easy to splash water onto the counter and floor. Overall, it was a great stay and a very pleasant experience.

The guest house is close to most of the attractions and also close to transportations like trains and buses. You also wont have to worry as there's alot of restaurants and cafe around the area and most of them stay open til late night. Staff are very nice and approachable. Housekeeping is awesome!! 100% recommendable especially if it is your first time in Barcelona as i is easy to get to and from the airport via train or buses

The hotel was cute, small, very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean, quite small, but I was gone a lot and it was affordable. Good suggestion for restaurants and how to get around. A very good stay!
