"The place was convenient and beautiful, but the shower curtain bottom was moldy and the floors were dirty."

"We stayed 2 nights at the Glenstone Lodge. Parking was convenient and it is close to parkway. A short walk there but it is uphill on the way back. Check in was quick and the staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed on the 3rd floor not in the pool area. They do have several rooms that open up to the indoor pool area if that’s a preference. None of the vending machines worked for sodas but they were handing out free lemonade in the lobby. We ordered pizza from the restaurant in the lobby it was pretty good but a little pricey. The pool was nice but needed cleaning and the hot tub was inside the pool so all the pool water was splashing in it making it cold. The hotel was clean but a little dated overall worth the money and in a great location a little off the parkway but within comfortable walking distance. Would definitely stay again"

"We stayed four nights at the Edgewater hotel over spring break. Check in was quick and staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is $16/ day and but it is worth it to be so close to everything in Gatlinburg as I prefer to walk. The hotel is a bit dated but clean and definitely worth the money. The breakfast was worth it too especially with everything being so expensive there it was nice to have an option included. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal, pancakes etc something for everyone. Will definitely stay again!"

"Facility was clean; friendly and helpful staff; very nice indoor water park area with small pool area attached; need to bring your own towels to the pool area; be sure to know the code to get into pool area - it is not key access - code only; location was wonderful - close to downtown gatlinburg; walking distance; good and available parking; breakfast was great, fresh food; fresh coffee available 24 hours; will definitely stay again "
