Travel to Disney Wilderness Preserve

Ho

I guess I had high expectations but it smelled, the showers had hair in it and wasn’t clean So many things were broken and walking the sidewalks is no small task as they’re all broken up also There was a hole in the ground with an electrical box that was broken and uncovered my pup almost fell in it! Staff were not helpful at all and acted very short with answers Then there were people running the halls all night banging around waking us up 3/4x in the middle of the night!

The front staff was amazing! My bf and I enjoyed how spacious the room was. He loved the smell of the shower gel. The only real issues for us were the pillows( not soft enough and there were only 3, most hotels offer 4 for the king-sized beds. And the biggest issue honestly was the size of the TV and the difficulty trying to get the TV to work correctly. The shower was amazing, my bf commented on how good the water pressure was. We really enjoyed ourselves. Also, we LOVED the pool!
