I appreciate their support team for being quite responsive. However, this stay was not up to any decent standard. Elevators were disturbing to use (they were in questionable condition), there were significant issues with the AC unit leaking (which had stained the painting on the wall and coated the floor in a strange residue), and a discovery of a bedbug in the apartment are some of the examples of why this stay was not ideal. I would recommend doing a thorough review of properties listed by Sonder as this experience was shared with other tenants (not sure about the bedbugs, but definitely about the overall integrity of the building).

It was nice, quiet and comfortable. I had a unit that didn’t have a TV in the bedroom. I like that option. It wasn’t a complete turn off. But all the amenities and feels of an apartment. Clean, cool and I felt like I was at home. Outside of the vagrants outside, it’s top notch.

Room was very nice...the lobby however was full of boxes the entire time....making it possible to sit in let along....admire it....I assumed it was some sort of storage area until I had to go to the linen closet to get fresh towels each day.

This place was disgusting. The floors were so dirty they ruined all my socks but I could not walk around barefoot because they were so gross. I don’t think they ever mopped the floors. The people working the front desk were not friendly either.

Friends, the property is in a wonderful location and I love the concept (code entry, apartment-style living). What I didn't like was that the lobby was in disarray, the carpet upon entering was filthy and the carpet on our floor (6) could use some cleaning as well. Either rip it up in the lobby or replace it. Presentation is everything.

The hotel was nice, good location. Not many restaurants in walking distance but many are just a short Uber ride away. Parking was easy, lot is across the street. Easy to use code to get in and felt safe

We chose this place because of the price and the convience of parking for $30 overnight across the street. I'd stay again because was comfortable and it was $100 cheaper per night than other area hotels. If I could afford it though I'd stay somewhere quieter, glad I had ear plugs so I slept well. You could hear everyone in the neighboring units and everyone walking past our door,traffic outside the building Fairly clean , aside from layer of dust on the nightstands and marks on the walls, dirt on windowsills. The security lock did not work, could pull open door while it was engaged, the electronic lock did work. I just slept with a chair jammed under the door handle to be safe.

The room I stayed in had a lot of water damage on the walls and ceiling, and there was a loose hand towel rack in the bathroom, but a nice stay overall. The space was large enough for 4 people to stay in, and had great amenities. Easy access to grocery stores and coffee shops along the way.

The property was very convenient for the busy weekend I had. I was able to buy a parking pass to the lot across the street that allowed me overnight as well as in and out privileges for the entire weekend. The property was very secure and there was security present at the front lobby at all times.
