Clean, excellent location,no storage before n after stay
Very clean n comfortable. Excellent location and very convenient to downtown Detroit. Just a bit busy at night from the street n sometimes had strange smell from outside. And we still could not find a locker to store our baggages before arrival n after check out.

Great location, ammenities, and check-in process. Very clean living space.. Everything was very clean and felt comfortable.. We had all supplies in our unit and did not need to shop when we got there.. Easy to check in and out. Text instructions were easy to follow.. Loved receiving reminders by text..

Had a great time in Detriot, great location, the room was very nice confortable although the hallways smelled the room was great. The only problem we had was that our convention and flight was later in the day and our check out was at 11 am with nowhere to leave our luggage, we had to carry it around and only one of us was able to get into the last day of our event. The concierge said that they were not part of where we booked. Other than that Detriot was great.

The property seemed to be nice. However, the check in process is almost criminal. After arriving, there was no representative for the property. Instead, I was given a phone to call. To which i was prompted to scan my ID (which i had tried several times before arriving) hoping that someone would be able to assist me on location. Instead I was informed that if i could not scan my ID that my reservation would be canceled. After several unsuccessful attempts, my reservation was canceled and only a portion of my money would be refunded. I drove from Arlington Texas to Detroit only to find myself on the street and now desperately searching for accommodations. The system, the customer service, and its resolution process needs to repealed. I would strongly suggest that measures are taken to avoid such situations in the future.
