"チェックイン時に予約されていないと言われ、約40分ロビーで待たされた。 予約表も見せてブッキングナンバーも見せているのに、同じことを何度も聞かれた。 予約されている状況が明確である以上、顧客側の問題ではないので、少なくともチェックインの手配を先に進めてから、システム上の確認をするべき。 また、チェックアウトの時に男性スタッフのキーボードを打つ手につまようじが握られていた。スタッフ対応が高級ホテルとは言い難い。"

"Good breakfast, wide variety of Myanmar breakfast and bread toasting station, good and spacious dining area. Nice gym with new equipment, but there wasn't service staff there to attend to the room. Sauna is available. However room are not adequately maintained and cleaned. Air con-filter is dusty and there was some smell released initially when air-con is first turned on. I have requested to change room due to moldy wall paper and tiny cockroaches. part of fridge is rusty. Safe is not working...
