"Stayed there on May 14 2026 at room 2025. Excellent Room service. They even did room service in the evening when I went out for dinner. They refilled all the stuff that I used. Afternoon high tea and evening drink and snacks mini buffet at 24 floors is excellent view, service and good food."

"I have stayed at this hotel on and off since 2001. It is always delightful and the staff so friendly. This visit was particularly wonderful because of the special care the manager took in making sure our team was well taken care of.
