"Shower unit was rusty in one corner . Was not aware that no transport from hotel to zoo was provided for elderly and infirmed people. My wife is 81 and walked with a stick so found the walk to and from zoo exhausting . We had booked VIP experience at zoo so had to do the walk or lose the money"

"This hotel was perfect for our visits to the Disney parks in Paris. It is ideally placed a 10 minute walk from the entrances. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic. We had a wonderful time."
