Isolation inexistante, oublié de serviette dans la chambre, obliger d aller à la réception pour en demander, on nous en a donné à moitié sales, pas d’ascenseur au moment du départ obliger de descendre les valises à pied. Douche pas terrible etc

Quarto limpo e confortável. Localização excelente! Devido obras no hotel, o espaço do restaurante e outras áreas estavam limitados, não permitindo desfrutar 100% da estrutura.

ロケーションは抜群にいいです。料金はロケーションや施設の綺麗さに見合っているのだろうと思います。ハウスキーピングは有料なので利用しませんでした。宿泊料金を考慮すると、ハウスキーピング込みの方がいいと思います。ハウスキーピングのスタッフの態度が良くありません。廊下ですれ違っても道を譲らず、あまり良くないことだとは思いますが、カートからタオルを取ったら大声で怒鳴られました。挨拶しないくらいなら許せますが。チェックアウト日には、まだチェックアウト時刻前なのに、わざわざ部屋のドアを開けて、まだか？(ready?)と急かされました。ハウスキーピングスタッフは最低でした。フロントスタッフはフレンドリーでした。
