"On Newcadtle historic quayside next to millennium bridge. Faboukouscsetting. Easy reach of neecadtle city carparkimg to rear of hotel. Good size rooms quit super comfortable. Modern themed bathroom with ovebath rain head shower. Nice and powerful. Tv ,ironing board, mini fridge,hairdryer modern themed bedroom subdued lighting everything is class. Breakfast room floor 1 overlooking River tyne and the bridges. Outstanding service from Tessie felt as though we had known her for years so...

"This is a difficult review. The hotel tries hard, I presume it's been recently refurbished in the Carlton annex. However,you need to keep on top of it and do the little bits like carpet fraying who decided on the edges? The water from the shower will go into the bar below. it's student world so take up the offer of ear plugs. The location was a Ideal quiet but lively. Great shopping and simple eating facilities. I would happily revisit "
