"Clean room, some cobwebs and certain furnishings were worn and needed replacing or tending to. Good space however and spotless bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very slow check in! "

"Outstanding,hotel and staff.love this place.breakfast needs attention.every thing lovely,clean and in abundance but the cooked breakfast needs attention,terrible sausages and the beans looked like they had been reheated over and over again and not just me and my families but quite a few tables had the same left overs. But will I go again,absolutely.house keeping manager ,thankyou for going above and beyond for us.problem with the booking and there computers side but resolved in a heartbeat.thankyou."

"The hotel is a little tired and could do with a refresh. It is ideal in terms of parking and proximity to the airport - 200 metres. "

"There is a local One Buy in a nearby street which is pretty much it for local shops however Gateshead Town centre is a 15 minute walk away "

"The room was spotless but had a problem with thd drain in the bath tub took hours to empty.And breakfast is not included. A chatge off £14 on top off the £162 id already paid i did ferl that this should be included in all bookings as a guest."
